apache - The connection has timed out -Virtual host error

Question

I have wordpress file which is download from server and set up to localhost.I have change home url and site url.I have apache using port 8000 and 4433.So for local ip my website is working fine.then i have create virtual host.

Host file:

127.0.0.1       localhost
127.0.0.1       wp.test.com

http-vhosts File

ServerAlias localhost

        Order allow,deny
       Allow from all
    </Directory>
</VirtualHost>

when i hit wp.test.com i got

The connection has timed out

The server at www.test.com is taking too long to respond.

Any help would be highly appreciated .
